"A nice 2 bed, 2 bath apartment with room for our family of four. The location was great! Close to the train station, museums, shops and food. The only drawback was multiple flights of steps. The building does not include an elevator. We enjoyed the walk ability to lots of sites!"

"Yes. There are a lot of stairs. But the location is perfect. We had everything we needed in the apartment. (We bought additional Moka grounds and dishwasher pods.) Beds were firm and comfortable. Water was warm for showers. Washer AND dryer for clothes. Our only issue is that the container for salt and for sugar were next to each other in identical vessels - so we did a lot of tasting to make sure we were using the right one! "

"Clean, comfortable, quiet, and such a lovely room with a balcony view that can’t be beat. The spa services were easy to schedule with the friendly staff (definitely get a massage while you’re there) and the location was perfect. We were a ten minute walk from the city center and felt both close to everything and far enough away that we could pretend to be locals. Couldn’t have chosen a better place to end our days in Tuscany. "
