I would have given this property 5 stars except there are two things to be aware of: 1) If you have a car, you need to park in one of the garages that are between a .1-.3 mile walk away. You also need to make a reservation on your own at the garage. We were not able to do this because the reservation needed a plate number. When we arrived the garage the property recommended was full. It is close enough to Florence for easy day trips - a car is recommended for convenient access to the property, but there is ample free parking in a nearby town to head downtown by bus. "The location is amazing. House is surrounded by hills and valleys. Perfect view of Tuscany. Plenty of amenities. Very spacious and clean house. Stay is on the second floor so be prepared to carry the luggage. There are two bathrooms but only one shower. The shower drain was not properly draining so was a bit of an inconvenience since we were 8. Good for smaller groups. Highly recommend this stay.
