"We did enjoy are stay. The setting is private & peaceful. It would have been perfect except for a few things. There were no reviews when we booked as it was a new listing. There were some important truths missing from the listing at the time. Hopefully it has since been updated so others will know what they are in for & can make a more informed choice. Things to know: there is no electricity. The lights in the pictures are from solar panels; there is a very cool outdoor shower but it is cold...

"We had a great time staying at this house . The pool was very clean ! We didn’t get to use the lake much because the access was very low and old. But overall we would definitely come stay here again!!! Thank you for the terrific location to Hickory only 10min drive to the wedding venue!"
