"True 5 star experience. The hotel is small and cozy, but rooms are very spacious. It is very modern, clean, quiet. Staff are wonderful (especially housekeeping and doorman Rodrigo). Walking distance to good restaurants, if you like Japanese check out Fugu Sushi which 4 mins away. I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"I enjoyed my stay here! Staff are always very polite, professional, and helpful! The location of this hotel is perfect, too! A lot of dining options around the area and if you’re working, cafes with good wifi are abundant in the Condesa area, too. There were days I would go out at 9 or 10PM and be back at 3 or 4AM and I have always felt safe so I would say as a solo female traveler, safety is pretty good, too!"

"Great price for what it is and location. I also paid for the night before i landed also so i could sleep after red eye flight, and messaged the hostel to inform. When i arrived they said they had already canceled my reservation and that there wasnt any more space. I told them i sent a message days ago and then they say i had to call."

"As I get to the place, they told me that they cancelled my reservation and they don't have a room for me. They tried to wash their hands on the case. But as I start to tell them that it was not my fault they agree to get me a room in a place nearby. They send me to am airbnb room. A clean one, but it would not be my choice. The only thing I would say is that when I booked the room on Nov 4th, provided my credit card I thought I was being charged the $69 plus tax which was $73 or $$74 but ended up being charged over $90, it is not much but I think that if you are told that the cost you would pay that amount not more.
