"If I was local I'd support this hotel. Afternoon staff are fantastic and go above and beyond to help patrons. The contract cleaning staff do not clean properly, that's the only down side. We'll be coming back to stay on our next trip."

"Everything all right, just where to parking our car, otherwise someone stole. Another one the aircon in the room I stay doesn't work properly, it's was the day I stay and need some cool, but the air wasn't working. Thank you "

"The bed is fairly in comfortable. The aircon was very noisey and then blew up which sucked as it was hot. Probably wouldn’t stay here again. Pros were there is a bistro down stairs so easy to get dinner."

"Located in the Rocks district, close to everything & great views from your room. Luxury accommodations, from the customer service to the towels, they paid attention to every detail. Lovely hotel! Don’t skip the restaurant! It’s marvelous!!!"
