"I stayed two nights and would stay again. It is a nice BnB; Pat is super friendly and helpful. Broadway is a fairly busy street, so it’s best to close windows at night for noise. But once I did that it was totally quiet enough. I stayed in mid October and was quite fine not having air conditioning. "Overall impression of the apartment and location was positive. Close to grocery stores, food is walkable nearby, and it was great to have parking.
