"Villa room was perfect for my family of four including two preschoolers. Kitchen outfitted well, unit was super clean, and the layout helped us have privacy and peace. We loved the balcony with a view of Baldy and Blue River. Kids absolutely loved the pool, especially the swim-in/out from outdoor to indoor pools. Staff were attentive and property was well taken care of. We look forward to returning during ski season. "

"The facility was very clean and appeared to be well taken care of. We went in early June. There is no elevator for the second floor nor is there air conditioning (although there fans and overall fine.) There was nothing that we didn’t like other than the free breakfast. It was very sparse and uninspired. There was not much to choose from. I was surprised. Likely the sparsest I’ve seen of any place I’ve stayed. Plus we didn’t see one employee. Very odd. "

"The property was beautiful and quiet! The temp was amazing so we were glamping with the doors open all week! It was absolutely gorgeous- we recommend this place and will visit again! "

"Our room was tiny, everything else was absolutely wonderful! The amenities are superb for families! Unmatched anywhere else in Breckenridge. So much for our kids at the hotel and nearby. "

"Charming, unpretentious rooms are in beautiful mountains, next to a river with gentle rapids. The friendly and gracious hosts provide necessary amenities. The building is somewhat close to the road , but noise didn’t bother us. Swimming pool is heated, clean, snd has a lovely view. "

"Our stay was good, however the building had a weird odor to it. Room was decent except that the bathroom has little to no privacy with a sliding door, which is honestly kinda disconcerting."
