"We had a great Parent's weekend. Loved the location and the property was clean and lovely and perfect for our stay. "

"Properties was good - not sure it was “excellent”. It was easy to find and parking was pretty good for our four vehicles. View of the lake was pretty. All beds were comfortable- except not sure about 3 twins since we didn’t use them. We didn’t realize they were down in the basement. Kids ended up sleeping on the sofas in the den because they were too scared to go down there away from everyone plus it was pretty chilly down there. The bathroom toilet down there clogged easily and didn’t flush...

"The property is in a great location on the west end of downtown, close enough to walk to everything but mostly out of the noise of game weekend downtown Athens. The hosts are diligent and responsive and the interior of the place is brand new. We’d definitely stay again for another game weekend."

"Couldn’t have asked for a better home or host! Doug was a 5 star host from booking through checkout. In fact, he even went out of his way to drop off jumper cables for my rental car’s dead battery. That’s going above and beyond. The house itself was just perfect for what my group of friends needed. Spacious, clean, and cozy. The drive into DT Athens wasn’t bad at all. "Wonderful huge Hillside lot. Everything was brand new and well designed in this 1 Br 1 bath house with a huge kitchen . Perfect for my son and I to attend a Georgia game. He Loved the Murphy bed and I enjoyed the King BR. A deer greeted us after dinner Friday night at the door . Loved it and will stay again "
