"This property is at the top of a hill with great views of a beautiful ranch. There was plenty room for 10 family and friends with large kitchen, dining and outdoor dining space. We spent most of our time on the back porch or around the fire pit. This place is great, would highly recommend."

"We celebrated my bachelorette party with 11 of us and had an absolute BLAST! The location was so close to everything we wanted to do (shopping, dining out, and visiting wineries). The host was super responsive and helpful anytime we had questions. I would 100% recommend this VRBO to anyone wanting to enjoy Fredricksburg, but also a beautiful piece of property. The donkey was the cherry on top as he visited with us when we were coming and going from the property."

"This place was great! The hosts kept the inside very clean and honestly had all items that may be necessary to be used. Cooking pans, utensils, single stove burner, radio, etc — which was so nice. We loved how it felt isolated yet still close to town as well as Enchanted Rock. The livestock were also a plus! They came right near the Tiny House and we got some great pictures. Most of all, we loved that we were able to bring our pup and genuinely had the best weekend and stay."

"The guest house was really a hidden gem! Tucked out of the way for privacy it really gave a taste of the Texas Hill Country vibe. Even tho it is down a country road we were just a short drive away from all that Boerne has to offer. Kitchen is great and bathroom & bedroom have all you need. Can definitely recommend this place. "

A bit outside of Fredricksburg, but we loved the trees, sunsets/sunrises, wildlife, nearness of many wineries and easy access to Albert Dancehall. Couldn't have asked for a better stay!"

"Roulette Ranch is much more scenic than the pictures indicate. The kitchen is very well set up. They have a crock pot and air fryer as well as all the pots and pans required as well as enough bakeware. I had no problem cooking for my family and my son who has GERD and food allergies. "We just returned home from our weekend at Outdoorsy hill country. This was a wonderful glamping experience. Kaylie went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience. Everything was supplied, beds/bedding were very comfortable, our tent was very clean and cozy. We enjoyed riding the golf cart around the property and seeing all of the deer. Definitely will return for another trip. "
