"Amazing views and who does not love morning hello's from 2 cute donkeys and a llama. The property owners were just amazing and so sweet, helped us out getting a surprise cake there since we were arriving late. The house was all lit up for our arrival and plenty of dishes and goodies to cook with. We had a group of 8 and had plenty of space. Just a little off the beaten path but well worth the drive!"

"25 minutes from Fredericksburg, this was the perfect spot for our stay. The house was very cozy and perfectly appointed. We arrived in the area and to our dismay, there were no grocery stores or resturants nearby. We got to the house with a pizza we ordered at a convenience mart in town. "Perfect location for our son's wedding in CenterPoint, TX. Plenty of room for family, friends, and grooms' men to gather prior to the rehearsal dinner and the wedding. You must eat at Toucan Jim's. "My husband, our friends, and I had such a wonderful time here! We each had our own space since they stayed in the cottage which wasn't attached to the house and it was only five minutes to downtown. And all on 5 acres with total privacy.
