Overall stay was great my grand kids loved the game room and kept them super entertained for hours, game boards was great as well, kitchen was well stocked and beds were super comfortable. "Perfect location for our son's wedding in CenterPoint, TX. Plenty of room for family, friends, and grooms' men to gather prior to the rehearsal dinner and the wedding. You must eat at Toucan Jim's. Food and atmosphere are fantastic especially the fish tacos and the fried shrimp. One of the best places we hace every stayed!"

"This place is very cute and fun, it was a little cold during our stay so not a lot of outside time. But we did visit the animals, each morning they were a lot of fun. The dogs so sweet. We enjoyed the house very cute and cozy, had everything we needed."

"Pros: very nice inside, plenty’s of dishes and pots/pans. Cons: never received instructions on check in, reading septic system, dog food kept under kitchen cabinet (we had no pets), dog/ cat hair on couch and bunk bed, difficult to put out Murphy bed and need more kitchen towels (only had 2) and toilet I. Master bath clogged and no plunger,"

"Wonderful large open home in the country with a beautiful view. Perfect for a large family. Very large fenced yard front and back. Don’t have to worry about the little ones roaming off! An unexpected bonus was arrowhead hunting. There is flint everywhere. Definitely would book again!"

"We were in town for a friends wedding. The property is close to conveniences but far enough away that you have a sense of peace. The home is super clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. The A/C was awesome and a welcome relief from the heat. The ranch dogs were super friendly as well"

"Stated for two nights with my family to visit family. Everything was great. The AC seemed to be turned off and were not able to turn it on. All good though since temps were not too warm."
