"The staff was exceptional during our stay (off season right before closing for holiday)… and we found the location just right for walking to trails in the area. Our room was very nice except we had an exceptional small bathroom ( one had to sit on the toilet at an angle or your knees hit the shower wall). Also, it turned cold rainy and snowy while we were there but the fireplace was not lit :( I would recommend this place again! "

"Everyone was very kind and friendly. Breakfast was great. Beautiful view of Cortina from our room. Room was just a little cramped for two people with large bags but nothing the hotel can do about that. We were there just before high season kicked off so the restaurants in the hotel was closed in the evenings which would have been convenient for a drink or dinner. "

"If very nice hotel. It’s not downtown if that’s important to you. There are many hotels in town and many around the outskirts/mountain areas. The area has a lot of people biking, hiking, in the winter skiing and shopping with great restaurants downtown. I am from the northeast part of America and it reminded me of some of the old hotel/Italian resorts in the Catskill mountains of New York. They had breakfast every morning if you chose that. "Our stay was perfect. The staff was exceptional and went out of their way to be helpful, friendly and welcoming. The hotel is lovely and our room had a great view. The food was excellent. We enjoyed a great breakfast and had a drink in the bar midday. Highly recommend for anyone to stay in the area. "
