Probably the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed out. Service was incredible. We got upgraded on our room. Parking was a little tricky as the lot was offsite, we paid 75EUR to valet instead.

Excellent and fast check in with answering questions at the same time. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Spa was unforgettable with 3 sauna options, jacuzzi pool and view. Dining was Michelin star experience.

Love the friendly staff. We had wonderful wine tasting with Sera and the most delicious Apertivo . Breakfast is terrific . Only negative is one needs Aircon in bedrooms. Have been 3 times will be back .

We didnt choose a great time of year to come as the snow was running out but this hotel has to be the best in town. Rooms are great where the neighboring doors dont slam. Great spa, restaurant, and shuttles to the lift. The best part had to be the staff. Each of them were truly amazing.

Great location, wonderful service and very clean and modern room. Breakfast is amazing, a la carte service included. Quite expensive for what you get, likely because there is less selection for this quality in Cortina. No air conditioning, which is unacceptable for a property this expensive and they promote that it has - required sleeping with the windows open and since the hotel is on a busy street this meant sleeping was terrible.

I recently stayed at the Hotel de Len in Cortina, Italy, for three nights and couldn’t have been more impressed. This is one of the best hotels that we have ever stayed at! The rooms were excellent, but the best was the staff. Warm, friendly and so so helpful. From the reception to the restaurant to the spa (with the best view!!). Always with a special treat at the end of the day. Also must mention the ski shuttle - awesome amenity. 10/10 will go back! Whilst it is a lovely hotel, I prefer a more traditional Italian hotel. This one seems to be trying too hard with over complicated food (dinner and breakfast) options. Whilst I had no complaints about the food (in fact, it was very good), I just found that it was a bit too fussy for my taste. The other issue was that the spa seemed to be impossible to book into - it seemed to be permanently unavailable. That said, a great location in the centre of Cortina.

The property is beautiful and so eco friendly with the fine wood and tile options. We loved the living room area. It's beautifully decorated and has a very nice sophisticated at home feel. The spa area was fabulous with the views of the mountains in the hot tub. We loved that we were there by ourselves with just the couple we were traveling. We had dinner at the hotel and although we thought it a bit pricey it was very nice. We did think that the breakfast options should have been morre user friendly. There really isn't a good a la carte option and 25 euros per person for breakfast is a lot when all you want is coffee and a croissant. The town was delightful and the local activities were amazing. We got instructions and a map at the desk and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Would definitely go back to this beautiful part of Italy.
