"The staff at this hotel are amazing. Everyone was super helpful and kind. The views from this hotel are amazing. Surprisingly good wifi. Everything else is average at best, unfortunately. It's not a high end hotel but even for a modest hotel, the constant smell of sewage from the bathroom and the sink is kind of unforgivable. It's also got really poor sound isolation so on Saturday night, we were awake in bed, with all the other loud guests who were running and screaming in the halls until 3am....

"The room had two huge windows#15 with a great view. Staff was friendly and a nice Italian bottle of wine upon arrival. Comfortable bed, but no coffee maker or refrigerator. That did not bother us as there was breakfast included across the street and was very adequate. Nice roof top area to hang and enjoy your vino tinto or beer. Would definitely come back, you would not be disappointed. Another plus is right outside the entrance was was a great ice cream wagon!!"

"This property is located up the hill so ensure you plan your day around the schedule of the funicular (trolley thing that transports you from the central area up to the hotel, which is next door to Monumento Al Pipila). The hotel does give you a complementary pass so you get priority and unlimited trips. We didn't find this to be an issue.
