Reservé mi estancia a través de Expedia y, dado que llegaría tarde, opté por pagar por adelantado. En general, mi experiencia fue muy positiva. A mi llegada, el proceso de check-in fue rápido y el personal fue muy cordial; identificaron mi pago sin inconvenientes, lo que facilitó todo. Las instalaciones del hotel son agradables. Mi habitación es amplia y cuenta con buena iluminación, aire acondicionado y un baño limpio y cómodo. La televisión es de fácil manejo, ya que solo utiliza un control remoto. Además, la conexión a internet es bastante decente, lo que me permitió trabajar sin problemas. Si bien el desayuno no está incluido en la tarifa, ofrecen un menú variado y delicioso, con la ventaja de que el café incluye refill, lo que es un buen detalle. En cuanto a la ubicación, me gustó mucho que el hotel se encuentra justo al lado de una gasolinera, lo que resulta muy conveniente si viajas en auto. También hay una pequeña tienda de conveniencia en las cercanías. La zona está a solo 5-10 minutos del Arco de León y cuenta con varios comercios cercanos, lo que la hace aún más atractiva. En resumen, tuve una experiencia muy satisfactoria y definitivamente consideraría volver a este hotel en el futuro.

Excellent stay
Very clean room, good shower and lots of hot water, located across the canal road from the downtown pedestrian walk. Close to the leather district. A safe and well worth the money hotel.

i cannot give this hotel a full 5-star review. When i arrived, there was a mistake with my booking, and i was almost charged again for my booking, even though i had paid for my reservation in full through orbitz. It turns out, one of the employees made a mistake. he apologized for this. If you book with this hotel, I would recommend that you reach out to the hotel if they do not proceed to send you some sort of email confirmation (not an orbitz confirmation either, it has to be from the hotel itself) regarding your booking. There was also an issue with the sheets on the bed not having been changed since the last visitor had left. There were bits of crumbs, hair, and trash in the sheets. The manager on duty apologized and offered to change our room, but we just asked for the sheets to be changed promptly (which they were). The next day we noticed the staff working hard to make sure all the sheets on the floor were changed. overall i would recommend this hotel as it is in a good area, and is walkable. just confirm your booking with the hotel DIRECTLY before embarking on your trip to avoid any confusion regarding payment when you attempt to check-in

The hotel was located near the center of Leon. The room was clean and had the amenities described in the listing. I wish that the shower head had more pressure because it took me a while rinse off. With that said, my experience with the staff was great I was allowed to check in 35 minutes early.

Great budget hotel, very clean and good service
We stayed at this hotel while attending a wedding and the place is great. Inexpensive but good for a few nights. Very clean and comfortable beds and bathroom, friendly service at front desk. Breakfast us OK: coffee, boiled eggs, fresh chopped fruir, yogurt, hot ham and cheese sandwiches, waffles, cereal, milk, etc. Close to downtown and the arch. We went to plaza Mayor mall and is only a 10 min drive. I will stay here again.
