"Kevin’s property looked just like the listing! Very clean, well decorated and stocked. Clear signage all around the house so we knew how to use everything. We didn’t get to use any of the amenities but in summer I’m sure the lake would be a great option. Perfect for four adult women and could’ve fit 4 more people. Overall great stay and would stay again! "

"Overall we had a good time. The home was smaller than it looked in the pictures. A few quirks were the shower heads and the hot water does not last long. We also had trouble figuring out the washer but Victor helped us out with that. It is a very tiny washer and dryer though. It also was extremely hot and humid and only one bedroom had a air conditioner and not a fan in every bedroom. The basement bedroom is not accessible from the inside of the house you have to go around the side. We did not...

"We booked this overnight for our Camp Crystal Lake tour. It was very fitting for our weekend. It was about 40 mins from the movie set where Friday the 13th took place. The house was a very nice, cozy and comfortable stay with a lake and fire pit. The living room was comfortable with a large sectional sofa and wall size tv to come back and watch the movie Friday the 13th. Would definitely stay again."

"The listing advertised that it had 5 rooms. This was NOT the case. The one of the futons was in the playroom and the other on the living-room room. The cleaning service they uses is not 100%. The location was clean at a quick view but the rug was dirty. Overall the place was ok. for the price and the last minute booking."

"We had a great weekend stay! The house was comfortable for 3 generations and well stocked. Our kids enjoyed the toys and play area. Margie was an excellent host and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again!"

"The property worked very well for our entire family. The layout of the house was very good. The location was great for our activities. The check in to get in the gated community was a bit of a hassle. Seemed to be a line of cars every time we wanted to get back in the community. "

Private Family getaway with mountain top views!

"There is so much to do at this house! We enjoyed the hot tub, pool and ping pong table, propane firepit, darts, and several tv’s! The property is well on its way to being remodeled- the granite countertops and new appliances in the kitchen are lovely. However, there are still things holding it back from being a 5 star stay. We were disappointed to see holes in the wall covered with duct tape, peeling paint, broken or missing screens, and severe rust stains in the bathtub. It reminded me of a...

"Beautiful home, some minor inconveniences but not enough to stop us from booking again. Many of these issues are out of the owners control. Power going in and out, but there is a generator so you're still good. Phone service not great so download any information before you arrive, I didn't so it took me a while to get WiFi information. Also some folks couldn't make calls once they got in the area. Didn't see the washer and dryer, maybe it's only accessible to guest staying longer than 3...

"My wife and I decided to make a long weekend with our kids (4 and 2) while the weather was still nice. The house was everything we were hoping it to be. The kids had a great time playing on the deck and saying “hi” to deer each day. We explored the community, did some fishing and took advantage of the indoor pool when the weather turned. We would highly recommend this space."
