"Everything looked great, place was clean, modern, and luxurious. The host was really responsive. We ordered delivery and had an issue at the gate with one of our guests (the complex is very strict) and the host was responsive and resolved the issue with us. I loved the customer service and accommodations. I would definitely stay here again."

"We rented this cozy property and enjoyed the spa, it was an amazing experience! The sauna was fantastic, and our whole family loved it. We honestly felt rejuvenated afterward! "Great house, great location! We felt right at home and so did our dog. Clean, comfortable and beyond dog friendly!! Looking forward to staying here again. Was a perfect headquarters for visiting family. Tons of great restaurants and shopping very close by. "

"Our friend group spent a weekend together in the Poconos, and overall we enjoyed our stay. However there are a few things that can be improved upon. We enjoyed the location and felt it was private yet not isolated.There were places for the entire group to hang out and plenty of sleeping options. The kitchen table was also a great space to hang. The multiple bathrooms also made it very easy to get ready with 7 people and one baby. However, there are some things that do need to be worked on. ...

"Great area and close to everything. I loved there was a fenced in yard for my dog. I loved the dog theme of the house. Response time with property manager was great. Kitchen cookware could use an update. The only other thing was the sulfur smell of the water which needs to be looked at, running the water as per the maintenance person did not help. "

"It was ok at best, far from luxury as described. Alot of things looked patched instead of properly repaired.Rooms and bathrooms were dated. Hot water heater defiantly too small for size of house, if house is meant to accommodate 10 people, you shouldn't run out of hot water after 2 people take quick showers. It is basically a condo or townhome with a very nice living area/dining room and kitchen plus a loft, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
