For the price it was definitely at the lower end compared to similar hotels. The whole place looked very outdated and kind of run down. The bathroom was very odd and old. The door was a poorly functioning pocket door that was all scratched up and really hard to operate. It was nice and convenient to have the on-site bar/restaurant. Overall it was okay for a night if you can get past the old look and very outdated interior. Would not recommend and most certainly won't pay to stay there for a return visit. Owners should try and put a few dollars and work to upgrade to a decent hotel from the early 2000's at least. I should add that i am not extra needy or in anyway use to higher end hotels costing way more than this property. Thanks for listening

Enjoyed the hotel. Very noisy with traffic the first night but second night we were more used to it. Lots of restaurants nearby but also 2 ADULT shops within view which was a little weird. Clean, staff was nice and pool was nice!

Great value option, bit of mold on the ceiling in bathroom and the bedroom window from condensation. Nice game area in the restaurant. They do have two water fountains! Pool needed to be skimmed. Staff were friendly. Linen was clean but stained towels. Room was quiet.

Rooms were a decent size and clean; however noisy. Doors constantly slamming. Breakfast was included but terrible. Dirty tables, no staff to assist. Food was terrible. Empty coffee urns. The breakfast buffet needs attention.

This hotel was off route 89 which was convenient. I liked the larger parking spaces. There was free breakfast which is great when traveling with kids. It was a hot breakfast with 2 waffle makers. The staff worked hard to maintain service. Check in was a breeze if you do the pre-check in. Room was clean. No smell. Bathroom was a little small but not terrible. There was a safe, fridge, and microwave. All working. There was also a bar and pool onsite. Pool was clean, for a hotel pool. It was supposed to be heated. It was heated for 1 night and not another night. It’s ok as long as you’re moving. I would definitely come back when visiting the area!!!

Friendly staff, clean rooms, the lounge had good food with reasonable price. The free continental breakfast was sooo tasty with variety and a self serve waffle maker. The chef needs a raise lol. We spent 2 nights to go to a water park, great choice instead of paying a thousand dollars to stay at kalahari. I would stay there again and highly recommend it

We booked this hotel because we wanted something with a lounge and close to where we wanted to go, Hotel was super clean and the staff was excellent, we enjoyed the Hot Tub and Heated Pool, and the Lounge was GREAT! Food was good, and the Bartender was a really great guy who was so friendly. The Hotel is a little older, but they keep it in Great shape! I would absolutely stay again.

The reason I gave one star for overall rating is because I only ordered one room on Expedia, but the front desk insisted that I ordered two on Expedia. I don’t know if it is the mistake of Expedia or them. But this is the first day of new year, this experience made the first day terrible. I was told I will be possibly charged of two rooms and I need to call Expedia to solve this problem. I tried to contact by online chatting but didn’t get any answer. Overall, this is a terrible experience.
