"Water in pool was very cold and that's main reason i went. Friendly staff, clean. Have stayed here multiple times. Rooms can tend to smell low cat urine but if you get a No pet one is much better. Very close to downtown as well. "

"Lovely New Year’s Eve Stay.the staff was wonderful and everything was really clean. We will be back! The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars in one area is because the only thing that was kind of concerning was that there were no lights by the small pools where is was icy and you couldn’t see where step into the hot spring pools. Everything else was lovely. "
