"Loved the balcony windows which could allow fresh air to circulate and avoid the overly cool air conditioning. Very convenient location . The lovely slippers provided were too small unfortunately . Liked the sustainable features the hotel provided ice cold water or hot water as needed. Found the light controls a little confusing and risked disturbing sleeping partner during night. All staff were very helpful but the self check in took away the warmth of a personal welcome and felt too automated. "
