"The place is beautiful, absolutely splurge and treat yourself to the VIP rooms and the spa. The staff is really great, the location is pretty convenient. It is a good true New York experience hotel. Only critique: I noticed there was additional charges on my room service bill. On the phone I was told my order was about $30. I ordered cereal, a bagel and a water. When it arrived, I noticed that were additional fees, I was not previously told about, causing the bill to cost $65. I understand that there’s up charges when it comes to room service, but not knowing how much the up charges were going to be was extremely annoying. Had I known, I would’ve made other arrangements for myself."

"Nice hotel in the financial district. Really close to the subway and super easy to get around. For the price it’s probably the best option if you’re coming to visit the city on a short trip."
