"It was a nice property but needs maintenance , the bed covers are full of nylon so you sweat a lot , they need to check the pipes because sometimes there is sewage smell "

"Excellent hostel, great location. The hostel has a very calm and welcoming feel to it, friendly staff and a lovely breakfast. Rooms are what you would expect, but perfect for our short stay."

"Desde luego muy muy bien ubicado. A menos de un minuto del metro de Sol . Cerca de tiendas de conveniencia, restaurantes, comida etc. La única pega que yo podría tener era que después de ducharnos, el baño queda mojado, y no puedes entrar con calcetines. Dado que la ducha no tiene mampara es completamente abierto. "

"Super convenient spot, it's within walking distance to pretty much everything. Had two different reservations and both times felt really safe and both rooms were great. Staff was also really helpful. Definitely staying here again on my next visit to Madrid. "

"This place blew us away. The staff was very communicative from booking to departure. So friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We tried to go back for one night on our return but there were no rooms. Next time, for sure. Thanks to the Woohoo team."

"We didn’t have a code for check in until 4:00 pm. So we couldn’t enter to the apartment until 4:30. I had to call the apartments 5 times and they didn’t give me the code until the last minute. We were waiting at 40 degrees with 2 kids during 2 hours. I used the chat provided in the app and they didn’t help me at all, they told me to call to Hotels.com. "Este no es un Hotel sino un departamento que rentan por habitaciones. Ofrecen en hoteles.com la mejor habitacion del apartamento pero al llegar te la cambian por una mas pequeña y sencilla sin baño privado. Le rentan la misma habitacion a varios huespedes y al final se configura la estafa que repiten ciclicamente. Ofrecen lavanderia y no la dejan usar. Luego se hace reclamacion y no aceptan lonque hacen. Muy mal lugar nada recomendado. La habitacion tiene mala la cerradura y se hace insegura....

"Very clean rooms and kitchen, they have everything you need for your stay "

"The only issue I had was checking in. It was not difficult, but lengthy. We didn't have the correct app, or WiFi which made it a bit difficult. If your phone dies while you are out, you won't get in. Secondly you can't get in the room until exactly 3:00. The room was very nice, clean, quiet, and was a short walk to the train. It was my first experience with self check in and would do it again now that I know what to do. Would be nice if it was easier to check in."

"The front desk staff were friendly and extremely helpful, accommodating our early arrival and scheduling a large taxi to transport five people and lots of luggage to the airport. Breakfast was great and included pastries, proteins, and fresh fruit. The location worked out well for us, as it was walkable to many tourist sites as well as nearby local restaurants. Rooms were simple but clean and the beds were reasonably comfortable. Would definitely stay there again!"

"Great property and location; however, when booking with Expedia single room, they rooms are located on the side of the building that needs to go stairs to get to the elevator and the rooms are very small. I had to switched rooms the next day to the right side of the building with elevator. Also, property is a little noisy, wood floors don’t help, I hear the room upstairs, but overall it was a great place and very well located. Staff was friendly and they were able to accommodate my request to change room. I will return. "
