"We didn’t have a code for check in until 4:00 pm. So we couldn’t enter to the apartment until 4:30. I had to call the apartments 5 times and they didn’t give me the code until the last minute. We were waiting at 40 degrees with 2 kids during 2 hours. I used the chat provided in the app and they didn’t help me at all, they told me to call to Hotels.com. "I loved that the people in the front desk were very helpful, they let us leave our bags, because we got to the property about 3 hours early for our check in, the apartment spacious and clean, restaurants, markets where close by. My daughter's friend loved how close the property was to the Santiago Bernabeu stadium she attended a game and was only a 15 minute walk back to the property. Highly recommend this property. I will definitely stay here again when i visit Madrid again!"
