"My wife and I recently stayed at the Best Western Plus in Gadsden, AL, and had a wonderful, warm, comfortable stay after a long drive during the recent winter storm. When arriving to the hotel, all the stores and restaurants were closed due to the bad weather so we were disillusioned with the surroundings, however, when entering the hotel we were greeted by the friendliest person with the most warming smile at the front desk. Her name is Lynitte. She made us feel welcomed and assisted us with all the questions we had regarding our booking. She is a true professional and the epitome of customer service. Best Western is very lucky to have such a terrific representative greeting their customers coming off long road trips. Recommend BW do everything possible to promote and incentivize their power players. Regards, Richard P."

"It’s a beautiful cabin! Hot tub was clean and all features worked. It even has a stand for the top, making it a breeze to take off and put on. You can watch the sun set in the hot tub while overlooking the valley! The cabin is located to the side of a beautiful neighborhood, nestled in the wood line on the side of the mountain! It was a perfect place to spend our 21st Anniversary!"

"This was the second time I have stayed in this cabin. I decided to stay agaIn because it was the last place I had vacationed with my husband before his passing in February! It felt like we had a little bit of him with us! The cabin is very cozy just right for myself and my daughter and granddaughter. It’s close enough to surrounding attractions that we could go to Rock Cityto see the Christmas lights. The cabin is located in a really nice quiet neighborhood. The only thing I would fix is a little more lighting where you park vehicles."
