Less than an hour drive to hikes with magnificent views of Linville Gorge, Tablerock Mtn, Hawksbill Mtn. The accomodations are top notch. Karen has created a book with all the reference material and menus you'll need. High quality furnishing and creativity abound. Don't miss the outdoor fireplace after walking back from dinner! This stay is simply a win!"

"A great little cottage in a quiet neighborhood. It had all of the amenities that we needed to provide a home away from home experience. We visit the area frequently and prefer cooking and relaxing in a casual environment instead of limiting ourselves to fast food, hotel room mini fridges and sparce breakfast buffets.
