"The property is older but has obviously had some updates. The updates produce sort of a quaint feel to the room. All the necessary elements are there. One unusual feature was that it has sort of a "shutter door" that you can hook if you want to allow airflow in the room and not have the main door locked. I received a call a couple of days prior to travel to let me know what to expect in terms of check in and check out. It is family own and run and they have several different properties, so there is a self-serve aspect to it. Lots of resources about the area and a phone number stating where to reach someone if we had any issues was included with our check-in information. We really enjoyed the proximity to downtown and the Famous Toastery next door. It was quite a pleasant stay and the property was obviously under-booked in this "off off-season" during ASU's spring break. We had a pleasant time and enjoyed our stay there."

"Beautiful property! There are lots of amenities offered, but we weren’t aware that we were there during the “off season”. Be sure to check the seasonal dates. There’s an indoor pool & spa, and a good, but pricey restaurant open year around. We had a problem with the dishwasher & they sent a repairman quickly. We stayed in a 4 bed/bath condo & it was PLENTY room for our family of 7! Only complaint, there is no shuttle service from your unit to the main activity area. "
