"Checking in was super easy, informative emails were sent prior to arrival. The location was great but not ski in ski out. There was a decent walk to the slope but honestly it wasn’t bad. Our group made the walk 2 of the 3 days. It was a cozy place and very enjoyable. Saturday’s are packed on the slopes but sundays were great both day and night time skiing. "

"Great sunsets. Nice pool, sauna, hot tub. Parking is easy - shuttles run continuously when lower lots are needed, or you can do a short walk. Can easily walk to top of sugar mtn resort which is much faster than taking the free bus. . "

"The best thing that I can say about this property is that owners apparently did some DIY improvements. The photos online are enticing but not exactly accurate. Hemlock Nob condominiums are average, old, and has an HOA which Vacasa would not give us any contact info to take care of outside problems or emergencies. We arrived about 4:30pm on our check-in date and found 6 inches to 1 foot of snow and ice on the 12 steps and front deck leading to the outside entrance door (which had 4 inch...

"Checked all the basic boxes. Has not been updated but is well maintained and clean. Only “complaints” we had are that the shower heads REALLY need to be replaced and there is no Keurig coffee maker. We’ve stayed in more updated properties at Sugartop but this one met our needs. "

"Gas fireplace didn’t work upon arrival took over 24 hours and 4 follow up phone calls before someone came to property. There was no clear indication pointed out where the pool or trash dumpster were located. Also, they should inform you it is quite a hike to the pool, and you need to bring your own towels, no towels provided at the community pool. Heater pool felt like a cold bath, and the gym was a little cluttered with machinery non operational. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Great location to get to the slopes as well as the clubhouse! It was the perfect accommodations for us and our teenage grandson. We would definitely stay here again!"
