"The property manager was horrible, she was very aggressive when communicating. She tried to take my deposit for a broken lock that I have never touched. Very poor communication, I felt like I was in prison, because I wasn’t allowed to take visitors on her property. The housekeepers were more friendly and nice. We met Alecia the young woman that cleans this property, she stopped by to freshen up the property if needed. "Wonderful staff , the chef accommodating my husbands Alpha Gal allergy was such a blessing! We had a wedding proposal with J and staff making it PERFECT! The views and grounds are to die for! We loved everyone and everything about this place! We felt so safe all week! They have two German Shepards on the property that belong to the owners that were so gentle and very protective of the home! We highly recommend Golden Cloud!"

"A very short drive from Ocho Rios into St Mary you will find this well kept clean and comfortable property with a view that mesmerizes as you sit on the balcony in morning to drink coffee. Kiki and Kadane were the ever attentive hosts, always checking to make sure that our needs were met. It was quiet, clean spacious and comfortable...I kept saying, I wish we could live here, it feels like home! I hope to be back soon!"
