From before I reached Jamaica I contacted expedia to let them know I was unable to get in contact with the property. I did not have access to the property and yet expedia sees no issue with taking my money to give to these scammers."

"I travel often to Jamaica - staying at different villas and this stay was beyond expectations. The villa is even more beautiful than the pictures depict. Staff here is extremely hospitable and professional. Clayton the butler was friendly, always available when needed and accommodating to every request - morning or night.
