I love when a customer service agent go above and beyond without breaking any rules. So far, one of the best trips to Jamaica. "

"Inclusive property. Only complaint: Room was not ready when we arrived, had to wait 2 hours. After that it was great! Everyone was friendly, helpful and welcoming. You have to sign up for the restaurants on their website on day one of your trip as they book up fast. During our trip they had limited staff available, but the buffet’s were terrific as well. It would be nice if they could have extended the pool hours to the evening as well. Great place, highly recommended!"

"Pleasant relaxing stay at a vintage property during a slow peiod. Staff was attentive warm and caring but could be hard to find due to the slow period. The regular chef knows his craft, if he is not around go elsewhere. Looking a beach, sorry but watersports they are ready for."

"The Ocean View Hotel is in the heart of Ocho Rios. Walking distance from restaurants, fast food, shopping, etc. the staff are friendly and efficient, and the rooms are super clean and comfortable."
