"Our stay at the Hawk's Nest was all we hoped it would be! It was clean, spacious and the perfect setting for what we were looking for. The hosts Jeff and Carol, were fantastic and very accommodating. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and help us with anything that we needed. And as was fitting, we saw numerous hawks during our stay -they picked a perfect name for their location. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone thinking of staying at the Hawk's...

"This property has everything you need! Quiet and safe but close to everything. It was extremely clean and well stocked in the bathroom and the kitchen. Both beds were comfortable with additional cozy blankets if needed. Lots of thoughtful fun extras, a bowl of snacks, many choices of coffee and hot cocoa in the Keurig, games and extra fans. It was a perfect place to land as we visited our Vandal for homecoming weekend. We will be back for sure!"

"Excellent excellent stay. Loved the decor and the overall atmosphere. Goat milk soaps/lotions probided, general basic cookware and tupperware. Plenty of towels and bedding. We stayed 3 nights and had our dog with us. Plenty of room for 6(4 adults 2 toddlers) people+pet. Host was very communicative and easy to work with. Answered all our questions and even had their personal cell for more of a direct contact. "

"I cannot express how nice it felt to walk in the door of this vacation rental after a long day of driving. It was in pristine condition, warm and inviting. It was decorated for Christmas which was an added bonus. The aesthetic was absolutely dreamy. The beds were the most comfortable beds we’ve slept in while away from home. Price was more than fair for what we got. 10 out of 10, definitely recommend! "

"The owner of this house does live there, which to be fair I don't enjoy that set up. There was an attempt to clean the house, but more of covering it will good smells then scrubbing. The downstairs bathroom had a very strong odor of old urine, the pots and pans in the open shelves had layers of grease. The overall smell of fabuloso was so strong we all had a headache the first night. The upstairs shower drains very slowly. The house does have a nice layout. The bedding was clean. The two rooms...

"Lovely country ranch home. Very pleasant location with massive trees in the rolling hills of the Palouse. A few small, correctable issues like one toilet on the blink and short supply of toilet paper. Also, the Keurig coffee maker didn't work. In spite of the small things a beautiful home and fantastic setting."
