This is a perfect spot while visiting WSU. The staff is friendly, rooms are clean, and itโ€™s right in the downtown area. It is a motel, very basic. But decked out in Coug colors!

Older property, but it's very clean and has the basic amenities. Rooms are comfortable, check-in staff are very friendly. The location is great, less than a block from downtown and a myriad of dining and shopping options. It's not the Ritz Carlton, but it's clean, comfortable, and very reasonably priced.
