"My family and I stayed here for a weekend, and it was great! Plenty of places to sit, eat, and hang out together inside and out. There is a grocery store only 6 minutes down the road as well for easy, last minute needs. It had plenty of extra blankets and towels. We will definitely be staying here again! "

" We stayed as a family (our 4 adult kids, our son-in-law, and 2 grandkids) between Christmas and over New Year’s Day. Communication was excellent—especially given that it was over a holiday! We had everything we needed for cooking and settling in. The beds were very comfy. Master Bath 1 was luxurious with a large shower room and a Japanese tub and a seat with handheld. "Overall a very good stay. Some issues that need attention: 1:oil door hinges 2.clean ceiling vents 3.lighting in bathroom was poor, couldn’t see to put on makeup 4.really need a shelf in bathroom to hold toiletries 5. Living room lamps are dim, three way bulbs would be nice, it was hard to read Your home was very nice and comfortable, I hope to stay again😊"

"Perfect size for a small family. Very clean and cozy. The only thing that would have made it better is a bed that folds out from the couch. If your 5th occupant is a small child, the couch works out fine. If you do not have a small child it might not work for you. "

"I'm a native Tylerite, but I live in Virginia and needed a house for a week while visiting family who still live in the area. Check in and access to the house was a breeze. Lots of attention to details in the decor of the house, which is nice. But let's talk about comfort. Several naps were had in the sunroom - it felt like a little retreat and a getaway from whatever is going on in the main house. The bed in the master bedroom was dreamy and dream inducing. "This was our second time staying at this house and its quickly becoming something we look forward to when visiting family in Tyler. We used to live in the Azalea district and staying in this house reminds us of our time in our old house and its just magical. The beds are so comfortable."

"The barn is a nice place. It was very clean and the decor was beautiful. There isn’t much to do in Tyler so we spent our afternoons in the pool and had a blast. The barn is between two other homes but the way it is setup made it feel very private. I would stay here again in a heartbeat."

"This is a beautiful home which was perfect for our needs. The check in process was smooth and we encountered no major issues during our stay. There was more than enough space for us all to spread out, which I appreciated. We were in Tyler for my graudation from UT Tyler and the home was perfect for my husband & I, my daughter, & parents.
