"I really enjoyed my stay, staff was very nice , helpful and the over all stay was amazing ! if you are in the tyler area make this your stop and oh the breakfast was amazing ! Hot amd fresh and i can not leave out the self make waffle maker! i will be staying again!"

"The property had key card issues. I had to have mine redone 3 different times. There was no shampoo in the room (had to find housekeeping in the hallway and request some). There were problems with the TV and when I tried to call about it, it seemed I was hung up on. I think the problem was I could hear them but they could not hear me. Not good. Phones need to be checked and working. I did finally walk down to the desk and get someone to help with the TV problem."

" We stayed as a family (our 4 adult kids, our son-in-law, and 2 grandkids) between Christmas and over New Year’s Day. Communication was excellent—especially given that it was over a holiday! We had everything we needed for cooking and settling in. The beds were very comfy. Master Bath 1 was luxurious with a large shower room and a Japanese tub and a seat with handheld.
