"This isn't a high end hotel or anything, but it was clean, pool/hot tub were great, the breakfast was really good and the staff were excellent! We were in town visiting family for Christmas and they let us use the breakfast dining area to have pizza with our family before letting the kids swim. The staff went out of their way to make sure we got plates, napkins and cups and were just so friendly! They did not have to do that, so it was greatly appreciated. Property itself and rooms could use some updating, but we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again when in Indy. "

" THE MGR WHEN I CHECKED IN (I ASSUME IT WAS ROMI ) WAS VERY HELPFUL HE ASK WHEN I NEEDED TO GET TO THE AIRPORT. MY FLIGHT LEFT AT 7AM SO I NEEDED TO LEAVE AT 4AM. I WAS IN THE LOBBY AT 330AM AND I TOLD THE DESK CLERK I WAS THERE FOR THE FOR THE SHUTTLE TO THE AIRPORT. BUT WHILE I WAS WAITING I MUST HAVE DOSED OFF 20MIN AND IT WAS 445AM I ASK THE NIGHT CLERK WHEN IS THE SHUTTLE GETTING HERE. HE TOLD ME HE CALLED IN SICK. I HAD 2 HRS 15 MIN TO GET THERE. HE TOLD ME TO GET A UBER. IM 66 YO I DONT DO HIGH TEC THATS WHY I CHECKED IN HERE. SO HE CALLED A TAXI IT WAS THERE IN 10 MIN GOOD THING TSA IS NOT BUSY AT 600AM. EVERY THING ON 12/21 WAS GREAT"
