"I had received a random upgrade for my reservation and was initially given a lovely suite. Unfortunately I was unable to use it due to a broken toilet. Maintenance did their absolute best but they weren’t able to fix it so I was reassigned to a slightly smaller room, but still very nice. It was clean, comfortable and quiet, which was all I needed for one night. The breakfast was great, I enjoyed a friendly and convenient shuttle to the airport and the staff were very friendly as well. I would stay again! "
