"It was weird to hold the main office in one of the rooms but the proximity makes sense. Clean, quiet, easy parking. No frills but well equipped room good for a couple nights. Great value. "

"The room was nice, the property and landscaping are lovely. The only part we didn’t enjoy was the bed. We had a hard time sleeping, we are used to a memory mattress and have trouble with almost every hotel bed though."

"This is a real find here at MB. Friendly staff and a clean room for the price is unbeatable. It’s not a resort but if you want to have a nice clean place right on the beach, this is it! My daughter and I came down for one night and we definitely will be staying here again!"

"The Francis Marion was a lovely place to stay. The lobby and common areas were elegant and stately. Our room was nice and the beds were very comfortable. I appreciated that we got housekeeping every day and beds were made and towels replaced. We were walking distance from everywhere we wanted to go!"
