We generally stay at another resort hotel in HHI, but it was fully under construction. We booked the Omni about 30 min before we got there. The front desk rep was amazing and helpful. The XO bartender was also super friendly and helpful. Every person we ran into went above and beyond to be accommodating and super friendly. The hotel room was really clean. The views were stunning. Location is great. Elevators are sketchy but worked! We are now Omni people. It was quiet, but we were there in January so who knows what it’s like in the summer.

A fine location near the beach with some nice hot tubs. Restaurants on site are fine, and the massages at the spa are well done. My only complaint is that they have a policy that guests are not allowed to use the luggage carts, which they say is for safety, but somehow plenty of other hotels are happy to let you use them!

This is a beautiful property and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The heated pool was fantastic on a chilly day. The beach is endless, we walked for miles. It is a perfect place for family of all ages.

Had a good time on a winter visit. Staff extremely nice and helpful. Loved the heated family pool. Hot tubs were a little disappointing as 2 out of 3 were not working and the 1 was very heavily chlorinated. The room was very spacious, comfortable beds and the suite had a nice kitchen area with basic dishes.

Everything superb! One of my main reasons for choosing this location was the adult jacuzzi tub, but it was not heated. I had to go to the ones with a bunch of kids running in and out.

This was a very comfortable place to stay. Beautiful views and great staff. Unfortunately it was cold and not the best weather to enjoy the beach in December. But the Christmas decorations around the island were just beautiful.

We had terrible experience in this resort, my family had itching sensation while sleeping on bed and later what appeared to be bed bug bites. Never going back here. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue to ensure future guests have a better experience.

We had a great time! We happened to visit during a cold snap for a few days so we were not enjoy the outdoor activities as much and still had a blast. Really looking forward to returning. Booked a Courtyard view which was great and you had a partial ocean view anyway.
