Jennifer in the restaurant during breakfast was also great! I’ll be traveling to New Bern regularly for work and will definitely be staying here again!"

"As soon as you walk in the door you smell the aroma of fresh popcorn. The lady at the desk was very friendly. Check in was very fast and easy.When we got to the room the room was clean bed very comfortable. Breakfast was 10 / 10 oh I can't forget the chocolate chip cookies and the mints candy throughout the hotel. Overall great hotel experience"

"The daily fee was supposed to include a welcome drink, 10% off food/drink and fitness discount. None of the 3 staff at check-in mentioned what the fee covered nor did the restaurant staff ask if we were guests of the property. I reached out to them on this and did not hear back. Hopefully, others receive this information when they check in. "
