"Nice place. Good room setups. The usual cheap breakfast with processed eggs instead of eggs. Blob of meat. Decent waffle, but served with sugar syrup, not maple. Fairfield is a nice place, but the breakfast is Super 8 quality, maybe a little better. Upgrade and get rid of the processed food and plastic everywhere. "

"The Hilton did not have our reservation. There was no confirmation or record of it from Hotels.com. Extremely serious problem. Fortunately, they had a room available, but if they had not, and we had had to travel late at night, when we arrived, I would’ve been furious. I talked with a Hotels.com agent and he basically said something went wrong. There was no way for him to confirm or check what happened. Now, every time I make a reservation on Hotels.com I’m going to have to call the facility...
