"The Hilton did not have our reservation. There was no confirmation or record of it from Hotels.com. Extremely serious problem. Fortunately, they had a room available, but if they had not, and we had had to travel late at night, when we arrived, I would’ve been furious. I talked with a Hotels.com agent and he basically said something went wrong. There was no way for him to confirm or check what happened. Now, every time I make a reservation on Hotels.com I’m going to have to call the facility...

"This hotel is by far one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in awhile. It was extremely clean & the bed was so comfortable. I looked down in the shower & seen there wasn’t even a drain for the water it was all apart of the shower, that’s when I knew this hotel had it going on. Will stay & recommend to anyone in that area."

"I love coming here with my family. We live only 20 min away, but we love to come and enjoy the pool and hot tub on those cold day/nights. We were a little disappointed that the hot tub isn’t working. My husband and I came specifically for that because in 4 days I will be having surgery, and the hot tub really would have helped with my illness. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. It’s a very nice and clean establishment. Hopefully this hot tub gets fixed by the time I can use it again...
