"Arrived at 9:30 to be told the air was out and there were no rooms in the hotel. No message or notification of this in advance. Would not have driven all the way to mystic if I had known."

"Property was very nice and staff upon arrival was very helpful in getting us checked in. The room was very nice and clean, and the building overall was charming. The toilet in the room needed service however as we had to hold down the handle anytime it was used, and check out was not quite as friendly and staff felt short and eager to get us out. Not a bad place by any standard, but not unique for what you get for the cost."

"Check in staff was great and extremely busy. The line was long but they moved quickly. Room was great, not very clean, basic things in bathroom missing, soap, toiletries, will assume this was an oversight. Not many things opened Christmas Eve after 6. Enjoyable but not enough signage to get you from point a to point b without walking 15: minutes"
