"The front office personnel was excellent. When checking out the balcony, we’ve noticed the white curtain was falling, which isn’t going to be the problem with the blacked out curtains present. Either way, that should’ve been fixed? There are drinks on the first floor and snacks that you can get using a self-checkout. However, we checked a couple of floors prior, and there are misleading signs that show ice and vending machines, but there is only ice machines. Overall, is a really good hotel. Would stay here again!"

"I was pleasantly surprised by the comfort and convenience of this seemingly modest roadside hotel. Rooms were clean and updated while still conveying a sense of the hotel's history. The lobby held a few games and snack options that were handy, and the service I received was prompt, professional, and friendly, including an email confirmation that I could have a pack and play ready upon my arrival. "

"I love staying at this hotel whenever we take a trip to Mohegan Sun! It is only a few minutes from Mohegan and there’s a shuttle that runs every half hour to the casino. The hotel is always clean and beautiful and the front desk staff are always very friendly and helpful! "

"The room was awesome. The hotel was excellent. The check-in process needs to be revamped. They had every station open however each person took close to 5 minutes so the line was unbelievably long and doesn't need to be. Should be a simple check-in."
