"This is a delightful stay. Staff/host was helpful and friendly. We loved that the property was peaceful, quiet, and spacious. It is a no frills place, and well kept for a comfortable vacation. There is a full kitchen with cookware so that you can prepare a simple breakfast for a picky child. All rooms have direct view of the pool. "

"What an amazing property! It had everything you could ask for - a great layout, beautiful decor, gorgeous views and the perfect location. There were six of us in our group for a girls trip and the house had everything we needed for a relaxing time. Maria and Steve were great to work with - accommodating our early arrival and late check-out requests and being quick to respond to questions. We all said we would definitely stay here again and would recommend this house to others visiting Palm...

"Overall, we enjoyed the location and the cleanliness of the property. I have two complaints. One, was the check-in process was a nightmare as the reservation was booked under multiple names including mine (Great), and the host or hosts which made everything super confusing for Marriot's staff. I was told at check-in that they had my reservation, but it was multiple, and I'd have to check out and check in multiple times throughout my stay. While I thought this was fixed at check in, I got a call...

"We stayed here for a long weekend and enjoyed everything the place had to offer. The pool was a blast, it had towels, comfy beds, beautiful decor. The kids loved the layout and amenities. We’ll definately stay again."

"Loved the history of the home and all the spaces designed for games and play. There were 11 of us and the bedroom/bathroom configuration worked well. What was a problem was the kitchen. Although it was stocked with everything and anything we needed…it was small and cut off from the area we congregated. "

"I would recommend. We had four adults and 4 tween/teens. Downtown was very close and the house was very fun! The backyard is amazing. The place could use a deep clean, but really it was great for our group. Plenty of space. The kitchen is smaller, so don’t expect to cook. We ate out most of the time, so it was good for us. "

"This property includes so many amenities that one is tempted not to bother exploring the area. You can spend the day outdoors in the water in the pool, hot tub, and lazy river, drying off at the adjacent bar. Or you can stay indoors in the game room with its six or seven attractions. "My group was a group of lady friends from college, on a yearly trip together. The house was ok, neighborhood felt safe. Who ever took the photos for this listing did a great job. It’s not a super nice house, but was just ok. A few odd things about the house: The double bedroom/game room is a converted garage. One of the other bedrooms closet doors was broken. There was an odd stain on the couch which we could only guess what is was from. We were looking for a nicer house but it was a busy events...
