"The staff did a great job keeping in communication with us during our journey. It was a 6-hour commute, and we weren't sure if we would arrive by 5 PM, but they stayed in touch and assisted us in any way needed. The condo was clean and spacious, and you couldn't beat the price. "Property is dated, the hot water in my kitchen never worked. The TV is a nightmare with 2 separate remotes. That said, their activities are first rate. Pools, tennis, pickleball, bikes. We had a ball!"

"My 3 girlfriends and I were excited to spend a week in Palm Desert at the Crocus Lane property. We were impressed by how spacious and accommodating the floor plan is, particularly since we are 4 adult women. There are 3 bedrooms and bathrooms in the unit...all en suite...with a double sink in the primary bedroom. This made our stay very comfortable! Unfortunately, the L.A. Wildfires happened during our stay, and 2 of my friends had family members who were directly impacted. We left a day early....

"Fabulous stay. Very clean, well stocked and appointed, beautiful community, and smooth in and out. Lisa is very responsive and conscientious and clearly cares about the experience of her guests. We can't wait to come back next year. "

Love hanging out at the Patio while the kids were enjoying the pool. And it was a nice to be welcomed with a welcome a basket. So thoughtful. The walking trail entrance was near us. "Although unit was a little dated, it was exceptionally clean and perfect for our needs. Location was great and close to downtown Palm Springs. Pool and hot tub were wonderful. Jon was extremely helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again when visiting Palm Springs. "

"We enjoyed our stay at this lovely unit on the golf course. We were able to check in early and the check-in procedures were well explained. There were a few broken items (chair in master B/R, umbrella on patio) which I contacted the manager about, but since our stay was just 2 nights, these were not repaired or replaced while we were at the property. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. I would recommend this property to anyone in the Palm Springs area."

"The place was just as it was represented and it was great to have to 2 big bedrooms and our own ensuite bathrooms. We appreciated the quiet neighborhood and comfy beds. We were busy with Desert X and were sorry we didn't take advantage of the nearby pool or hot tub! I had a couple questions for the owner before we booked and she responded quickly and was very cordial."

"During certain times of the year this property is susceptible to high winds. Our main trip goal was to hang poolside each day. Two of the four days were not possible due to the high winds. Otherwise, a very nice property. "
