"Olga and Olessia were very communicative when there was an issue during our first night with the AC not working properly. They quickly fixed it, so the rest of our stay was comfortable. Place was as described and very clean with a location that is very close to a great Seattle neighborhood in Ballard. It was a bit noisy due to the place being right off of a busy road. Thanks again for the stay."

"Low ceilings were navigable by my 6’1” husband and totally worth it for the peaceful, clean and friendly stay. "This place was better than expected. Very clean room with nice decor and amenities. Very quiet too. We LOVED the patio with the chairs/table. We got to sit outside and play board games at the table and enjoy the lovely view and sunset. Hope to return soon. And Rob was great with communicating with us when we arrived."

"We stayed at Queen Anne studio over Fathers Day weekend. Bailee was great host. Home was bottom part of house in a quiet neighborhood in Upper Queen Anne in Seattle. Rental has open concept. In the sitting room there is a couch and chair near tv. In the kitchen area there is a wrap around bench that seats 6 easily with a table and 2 chairs. Small refrigerator with icebox freezer. "It is a quiet neighborhood. Quiet, surrounded by woods which is rare in the city. Spacious and comfortable. Great beds! Couple of amenities missing but not that big of a deal. I reached out to property manager and they delivered the next day. I loved the property and added it to my favorites. I will definitely be visiting again ❤️"
