Close to highways and restaurants. Hotel is lazy and doesn’t offer use of the pool during winter. Hot tub also closed but operational because of cold weather and the potential for freezing temps in the coming days. Booked here for the pool and hot tub. Not able to use it. Prices should be reduced.

We booked to come down for a hockey game from Vancouver BC - because of the impending snow we traveled and arrived early. We were told there would be a surcharge to even drop stuff off and were not able to check in until 4. No other suggestions given. One of the reasons we booked was because of the free breakfast that was supposed to be served starting early - which was supposed to be at 6:30am. Nope this was now at 7 and no offers were given of dry options or anything. Anything we asked about was met with immediate negative responses. The stay was alright in terms of cleanliness and the room, but without customer service it makes everything tainted. We will not we staying here again period.

The stay began optimistically, we spoke with Heather who was simply amazing and so kind. We got our cookies and water bottles and dropped our things off in our room. This trip was a spur of the moment trip for our anniversary and so I quickly researched hotels in the area and this one seemed decent enough when we booked. Pros: It’s very quiet, and honestly a large property. The room was clean and had no smells We enjoyed that parking was plentiful Cons: The bed was uncomfortable and painful to sleep in. My husband and I were both up at least 4-5 times and tossed and turned in between wake ups The pillows are small and cheap. You go to lay down on them and they flatten to almost nothing. The refrigerator dripped water all over my food causing me to toss the whole container which was very disappointing. I wouldn’t list the breakfast as a pro or a con. It’s a standard free breakfast with eggs stuffed with processed cheese, crispy hash browns, sausage, waffles, French toast, various breads for toasting, several cereal options, apples and oranges, yogurts, boiled eggs, and string cheese. I would not come back here or recommend anyone to stay since it’s one purpose, being a place to sleep, was not fulfilled.
