"The staff was wonderful and always available. Special thanks to Nicole, Azur and the other front desk and kitchen staff that made my stay easy. The area is walkable and I was able to see beautiful artwork around the hotel. A lot of good restaurants to visit as well. Thank you for a great stay. Next time I’ll make sure to get a room with a view, but this was a quick trip to visit family. "

"It was very cold in Houston and my room was freezing. There was no way to turn the heat on in the room. The staff offered to move me to another room but i declined because it was late at night and i was tired and didnt want to pack and move. Blankets were provided, so it was bearable."
