"Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice hotel but little dated on rooms w/ wear and tear showing up in bathroom. Very comfortable beds but a there was too much road noise by this somewhat of a light sleeper."

"I always enjoy staying at Zaza in Museum district as I love walking to the museums. This trip I had a flat tire that was punctured by a nail, the concierge took care of it and it was fixed during my one night stay. I arrived after 5 pm and all tire shops near by were already closed. This was an experience of superior service. Zaza forever!"
