"This vrbo was exactly what we were looking for, for a long weekend with our family. We did a day at the Soaring Eagle waterpark with our kids. We didn't want to stay at the hotel, so this was a great option to relax and have our own space. The kids absolutely loved all of the board games, the pacman arcade game, and the lego table! We had our coffee by the river in the morning and roasted marshmallows by the bonfire at night. Great stay! "

"We stayed at the Log House for a family wedding weekend. It served the purpose and was close to the venue. The kitchen was well-stocked for multiple cooks to prepare a family dinner. Everyone enjoyed the outdoor porches and visits from the adorable house cat Grey. We had family members that were allergic to the cat so she politely stayed outside. The owner Floyd was attentive to our messages and needs. Overall it was a good experience."

"Overall, the stay was great. The views were stunning and the property was beautiful. Our group enjoyed fishing, swimming, fires and kayaking, plus relaxing on the wrap around deck. The house is great for big groups, although the beds are not as accommodating as per the listing. Note for future guests- bring extra paper towels, garbage bags and a dish sponge or cloth for dishes as there was not enough provided. Also it’s a bit of a drive into town & shops were closed before 4pm on a Saturday....

"We were visiting for our daughter’s wedding and this property was perfect. It’s tucked away in the woods and on a river, beautiful scenery! Our grandkids spent some time with us and there was so much to do! Games, disk golf, basketball, pool table, the list goes on and on- we all hung out on the deck and used the grill. The weather was perfect and the property was fabulous! We will be back!"
